Despite the controversy, Ravichandran Ashwin is set to achieve a significant milestone in his cricketing career. As he prepares to play his 100th Test match against England, Ashwin joins the elite ranks of Indian cricketers, becoming only the third spinner to achieve this feat after Anil Kumble and Harbhajan Singh.

Notably, he became the second-fastest bowler to reach 500 Test wickets, solidifying his status as one of India’s premier spinners.
